Artist statement:
My art is a product of my life experience. Growing up in New Jersey in a suburb of NYC being exposed to art since birth. My mother a hard working artist, from then to now, and working in a museum, i grew up wandering alone in the museum halls, rooms, and places i had no business being...
One of my most memorable moments was in third grade when i got the Guns n Roses first and most hardcore album, while listening to it and trying to draw the skulls and monsters it inspired and included. Any one who knows that album inside and out, knows that no seven year old kid should have this debauchery.
After i got in horrific trouble for writing on the bathroom walls in fourth grade, the decision was made to move my art in a more serious direction, my bedroom walls, then eventually even further.
I travel the States alone, stop where i want, stay for as long as i want, while constantly painting, getting inspired by experience. Experience is as important as emotion while creating.
