You never know what you might see at the cafe Cirque de Paris. These two waiters -fraternal twins, actually (yes, very fraternal)-are famous for their juggled martinis, but in fact come from a long line of entertainers. Their grandmother dances a burlesque in the black and white photo on the upper left , and if it was their grandfather who originally converted the dance hall into the surreal Cafe Cirque. Some years ago, the twins were dedicated circus performers,: Bertrand, the skinny one, was a juggling fire-eater; Regis: the strong one, lifted amazing weights, and was also a conjurer. When their grandparents left them the restaurant, the twins decided to give the business a go. They invented a new amazing menu, to the accompaniment of some conjured musicians, and went to work. In fact, they hired several of their friends from the circus , who you might just get to see if you ever drop by for a juggled martini and a side of the Eiffel Tower.
