About an hour drive outside of Bangkok, there is a tourist attraction called the “Floating Market”. I had seen it well over 20 years ago. In fact, my passion for photography started when I bought a camera before my first trip to Thailand.
If I hadn’t gone on that trip, I may not be what I am today, a Fine Art photographer.
The floating market is already a surreal experience, but I thought it would be even more strange to put the market in a hallway of the palace of Versailles. The combination of Asia with European architecture and the “outdoors” with the “indoors,” makes it totally impossible; something I absolutely thrive on.
